Goals:

PA Consulting needed a new and refreshed careers site to attract more applicants across a wide range of ages and professional roles.

Results:

Strictly adhering to PA Consulting’s in-house tone of voice and brand guidelines, we collaborated with them and produced an improved careers site in terms of content and user experience, while driving more quality applications.

 

This was achieved by flexing their tone across different pages and elements, keeping a consistent voice throughout, but directing PA’s main message of ‘Bringing Ingenuity to Life’ differently across various roles—graduate positions in particular—to better appeal to each talent segment they wanted to speak to.

 

Applicants working in Consulting have different interests and drivers to those working in Engineering, or looking for graduate roles, so these different touchpoints all needed consideration. Everything was tied together by the strong messaging around the company purpose—which we also helped them craft and bring to life.
